Accelerationism

the final irony is that today all americans are forced to be accelerationists whether we like it or not due to the schizophrenia of capitalism and the two-party system. a vote for a democrat or a republican matters not, their capitalist policies all resemble each other. a vote for a third-party is irrelevant, as is not voting at all. i point this out to encourage everyone to see the sheer pointlessness of "working within the system" rather than making the parallax shift to one outside of it, where the goal becomes one of feeding the sick & pulsating mass of capitalism until it explodes like the fat man in monty python's meaning of life so that the third world may finally rise up and take its rightful place.

The longterm goals of conquering of Libya

we have to defend targets of US-NATO imperialism because US-NATO imperialism has to be defeated. this is non-negotiable; actually existing capitalism-imperialism is ecologically intolerable and everything in the next hundred years depends on their systems of extraction breaking down asap. you are not on some hypothetical class battlefield off in Ideal space. you are fighting the European empires as they enter into a long crisis and long-term energy scarcity. the importance of controlling remaining oil reserves extends beyond the economic value of fuel; it is key to the health of the broader imperialist machinery. the consequences of allowing the beast to get what it wants now entail its continued dominance as ongoing ecological crises get really crazy and third world governments start collapsing. they would certainly let much of the world die to stabilize their own societies as the ecological contradictions of today create collapse tomorrow; it is essential to bring their machine to heel, and that includes the ideological functionaries who create and propagate the pro-war narrative, and their enablers in imperialism's social base

it doesn't necessarily matter whether an alternative is better--there are on this field concretely existing systems which produce the combatants, and for the time being the consequences of letting the big one win are not acceptable for humanity as a whole. the strategy for bringing down the main enemy is to starve it of the key inputs to its economy, since 1) they are particularly vulnerable in this regard, and 2) they are already working against time here. shit is high stakes for them, fight as if history actually matters
